It is a Chinese-funded enterprise registered in Zimbabwe, Africa, specializing in clean energy development, high-end coke production, and cement production. The company is located in Hwange, a famous coal city in northwestern Zimbabwe, and in July of the same year, it launched the construction of three core projects: a coking plant, a power plant, and a cement plant, embarking on a new chapter of green development.

Phase I of ZHONGJIN Heli Energy Power Generation Project was completed in 2024, equipped with a 300 ton/hour circulating fluidized bed boiler and a 100MW generator set, and officially connected to the grid for power generation.
